HR ASSESSMENT
Worked with a global consumer products company to assess the HR function against leading practices. The scope of the study included recruiting, administration of policies & programs, compensation, benefits, performance management, career programs, policies, procedures, and effective use of technology. The team conducted a gap analysis between the current state and leading practices, developed findings & recommendations, and created a prioritized action plan to help the organization to optimize the HR services it was providing to the organization.
COMPENSATION PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Developed a comprehensive compensation program for a large semi-conductor company. The team benchmarked a representative sample of jobs, developed a salary structure, developed an annual incentive program, developed a long-term incentive program, and outlined a communications plan. The new programs helped ensure the company was market competitive and greatly increased the organization's ability to attract and retain of top talent.


CAREER PATH PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Revised a career path program for a global technology company. The team gathered background information from each area of the business by analyzing qualitative & quantitive data, conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups, and administering an employee survey. The team then created draft career path models based on leading practices and validated them with key stakeholders throughout the business. Once the models were finalized the team developed a training catalog to support the program. The team also developed a high-level implementation plan and communications plan which streamlined the implementation progress. The career path program helped this organization retain its top talent.
FRACTIONAL SUPPORT
Provided executive level human resources support to a large healthcare company while they recruited for a new CHRO. The scope of worked included the following areas: recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent programs, compliance, employee relations, policies, and procedures.
