Debbie Rose, founder of Rose Human Capital Consulting, has always had a passion for business excellence.  She has spent the last 30 years helping companies achieve their goals and objectives through designing innovative people programs.

 

Early in her career she worked in corporate HR for an investment bank and a venture capital funded start-up company.  She then spent over a decade as a consultant for Arthur Andersen, Deloitte Consulting and Buck Consultants where she held the Principal designation and served in several leadership positions.  She helped Fortune 100, growth and start-up companies across all industries realize their business goals through designing innovative people strategies and programs.  Examples of the projects she has led are:  People strategy, HR transformation, HR assessment, M&A due diligence, M&A integration, career planning, succession planning, performance management, compensation, fractional support & business optimization. She then started, ran, and sold a successful small business that received national recognition for both financial and quality results.  Debbie now helps companies meet their business goals by helping ensure they have the optimal people programs. Debbie received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s of Business Administration from Boston College.
